PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restitution coefficient measurement machine which can reduce mass effect, and perform a testing in a free direction.;SOLUTION: A restitution coefficient measurement machine 1 comprises: a holder 3 for holding a spherical indenter 2; an injection mechanism 5 for injecting the indenter 2 held by the holder 3 from the holder 3 toward a sample 8; a speed measurement part 6 for measuring collision speed which is speed of the indenter 2 before the indenter 2 collides the sample 8, and restitution speed which is speed of the indenter 2 after the indenter 2 rebounds from the sample 8; and a calculation part 7 for calculating a restitution coefficient which is a ratio of the restitution speed to the collision speed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
