PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement locus detection device, a movement object detection device, and a movement locus detection method capable of suppressing a probability of an error in the movement locus of an object in the horizontal direction of an own vehicle even when a movement position of an object is not properly acquired.SOLUTION: An ECU20 includes: an acquisition part for acquiring both end positions in an own vehicle horizontal direction within a photographed image photographed by a photographing device 30; a calculation part for calculating a movement locus in an own vehicle horizontal direction of an object based on a center position in the own vehicle horizontal direction at least at the acquired both end positions; and a determination part for determining whether or not the acquisition part concurrently acquires a movement end point at which the position inside the photographed image changes and a fixed end point at which the position inside the photographed image does not change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
