PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk reduction system utilizing a visual line capable of reducing a risk of exposing information with high confidentiality to prying eyes of a third person by obtaining information which constitutes evidence that the third person actually peeps thereat.SOLUTION: A risk reduction system utilizing a visual line comprises: a display device 30 which displays access restricted information; a camera 20 which has a camera control section generating identification numbers of eyes 40 and 41 of persons who look at the display device; and a control device which has a control section and a storage section. The storage section stores an identification number database with the identification number of the eye of a qualified user who is allowed to access the access restricted information registered therein. The control section is configured to: calculate coordinates on the display device to which a visual line of the person is directed as viewpoint coordinates when the identification number of the eye of a person does not correspond to the identification number of the eye of the qualified user registered in the identification number database; determine that the person sees the access restricted information when the viewpoint coordinates are included in a region where the access restricted information is displayed; and output a determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
