PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety pressure relief apparatus of a carbonic acid water production machine equipped with a safety mechanism capable of pressure relief before a user removes a container out of the carbonic acid water production machine.;SOLUTION: A safety pressure relief apparatus of a carbonic acid water production machine, used to mount a pressure-resistant container 10 equipped with a position regulation annular edge part 11 outside a bottle mouth, comprises: a support base 110, equipped with a mount port that stores the bottle mouth of the pressure-resistant container 10 by fixture; a pressure relief unit 120, provided on the support base 110 to relieve the pressure of the pressure-resistant container 10; and an unlocking position 130 mounted operably on the support base 110 to block pressure relief by the pressure relief unit 120 at a lock position where the removal of the support base 110 from the bottle mouth of the pressure-resistant container 10, and to allow the removal of the support base 110 from the bottle mouth of the pressure-resistant container 10.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
