PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a sharp image having motion blur reduced to be taken inexpensively even when a subject or an imaging device moves in high speed.SOLUTION: A motion blur compensation device 100 includes: a gain controller 115 that decides an amplification degree of oscillation amplitude input to a scan mirror control device 113 controlling an angle of a scan mirror by a motor with reference to gain characteristic data on a scan mirror indicative of the amplification degree of the oscillation amplitude for each combination of the oscillation amplitude and frequency serving as an amount of control of the scan mirror; and an amplifier 102 that amplifies the oscillation amplitude input according to the amplification degree decided by the gain controller 115, inputs the amplified oscillation amplitude to the scan mirror control device 113, and thereby causes an angle of the scan mirror to be controlled according to the amplified oscillation amplitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
