PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultural exchange system for assisting dispatch of pieces of domestic culture information containing selling of culture contents such as a folktale and a nursery rhyme, to other countries.;SOLUTION: A cultural exchange system is a system comprising a host country information management device, at least one participation country information management device, and plural user terminals connected by a network. The host country information management device comprises: an information management part for creating and managing a host country homepage for displaying information of the host country and a participation country homepage for acquiring and displaying participation country information from the participation country information management device; a virtual store management part for creating on the web page, a virtual store for selling the culture contents of the host country, and a virtual store for selling the culture contents of the participation country, and managing the same; a verification part for verifying an understanding degree of a user to the participation country information; and a virtual citizen certificate management part for issuing a virtual citizen certificate of the participation country to the user who passed the verification and managing the certificate.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
