PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer pipe inner face cleaner capable of cleaning the inner face of a heat transfer pipe safely, easily, and inexpensively without generating a large amount of secondary waste such as sewage or readhesion pipes, and provide a cleaning method for the same.;SOLUTION: Dry ice powder produced by a powder generation part 10 passes through a hose member 31 and a connector 32 to be supplied in a supply direction through a reverse injection nozzle 20 along the center line O1 of a heat transfer pipe 1, turns direction inside the same, and jets in a reverse supply direction out of a jet opening 24b toward the inner face 1a of the heat transfer pipe 1. When sublimating into carbon dioxide, the dry ice powder peels a skin layer SL to blow the peeling piece close in a reverse supply direction along the inner face 1a of the heat transfer pipe 1, and to clean an exposed part of deep layer part DL sticking to the inner face 1a.
