PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device including tolerance compensation function requiring no positional adjustment to a worker.SOLUTION: A positioning device 1 with a tolerance compensation function comprises a screw 2, a first fastening member 16 and a second fastening member 8. In order to rotate the screw 2 arranged at an axial end part, the positioning device has a driving part 4 cooperating a driving tool, and an abutting part 14 protruded between a first male thread 11 and a second male thread 12. The first male thread 11 is spaced apart from the driving part 4 rather than from the second male thread 12, and a winding direction of the second male thread 12 is opposite to a winding direction of the first male thread 11. A first fastening member 16 has a first female thread 16.1 adapted for the first male thread 11. The first fastening member 16 and the abutting member 14 are fixed to an intermediate component 103. A second fastening member 18 has a second female thread 18.1 adapted for the second male thread 12 and is constituted in such a way that it is abutted against the intermediate component 103 for fixing a first vehicle component 101 to a second vehicle component 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
