PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable biofuel modification method and system achieving both of reduction of an alkali component inside of plants and securing softening and melting temperature, for overcoming problems that softening and melting temperature of ash is not improved sufficiently when high melting temperature material such silicon or silica inside of plants is extremely less even when the alkali component (such as potassium) inside of plants are eluted.SOLUTION: Plants are atomized, the atomized plants are impregnated in water at normal temperature and a fertilizer component is eluted, the plants impregnated in water at normal temperature is dehydrated and a high melting temperature material is added to the dehydrated plants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
