LIFE EVALUATION DEVICE AND LIFE EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which it is possible to accurately evaluate the life of even a material for which there are concerns about the buckling phenomenon.;SOLUTION: A life evaluation device 20 comprises: test result selection means 25 for calculating an equivalent stress that corresponds to stress obtained from a destruction test that causes even creep strain in the inside, on the basis of a test result obtained by performing a destruction test that causes uneven creep strain in the inside on a minute test piece sampled from a portion of the real instance of a structure that corresponds to a damage occurrence portion predicted from the result of strength analysis of the structure, selecting a test result that agrees with a test condition area for reproducing a creep damage form of the real instance on the basis of relative magnitudes of the calculated equivalent stress and a set value, and associating it with the equivalent stress; and residual life calculation means 26 for calculating a residual life from the relationship between the creep rupture properties of the real instance determined by the selected test result and the equivalent stress and a stress that acts when the real instance of the structure is in operation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
