PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adeno-associated virus (AAV), which shows tropism to a desired target cell or tissue and is suitable for delivery of a heterologous gene, and a use thereof.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides an adeno-associated virus (AAV) comprising an adeno-associated virus (AAV) capsid. The AAV capsid includes a vp1 capsid protein, a vp2 capsid protein, and a vp3 capsid protein. In the adeno-associated virus (AAV), the AAV vp3 capsid protein comprises a sequence selected from the specific vp1, vp2 or vp3, and further comprises a minigene having a heterologous gene operably linked to the inverted terminal repeat sequence of the AAV and a regulatory sequence controlling expression in the host cell.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
