PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oyster meat extract for anti-stress, anti-depression, anti-fatigue, anti-derangement, and animation amplification, the oyster meat extract containing as an active ingredient 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl alcohol from the oyster meat extract liquid extracted from Crassostrea gigas soft bodies.;SOLUTION: The present invention is characterized by containing as an active ingredient 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl alcohol that is contained in the extract extracted from oyster meat, the 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl alcohol being produced from an oyster meat liquid that is obtained by heating oyster meat in raw state in which 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl alcohol is not detected.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
