The control device also comprises: judgement parts 23 and 24 for determining whether the number of detection times in which the temperature difference between the room temperature of the installation area on which the indoor equipment is installed and the preset temperature is larger than the prescribed temperature difference, alternatively whether the predetermined period during which continuously detected larger than the prescribed temperature difference, becomes larger than the threshold value or not; and an alarm part 22 for outputting the alarm when the judgement parts 23 and 24 determine that the prescribed period exceeds the threshold value, in which the adjustment part 27 adjusts the preset temperature to the temperature at which the air conditioning load is reduced, based on the alarm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
