PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate diol-containing composition for stabilizing properties and quality that polyurethane derived from polycarbonate diol has.SOLUTION: There is provided a polycarbonate diol-containing composition containing polycarbonate diol in which a bivalent organic group bound to a carbonate group is a repeating unit and a structure of a terminal group is the bivalent organic group having a hydroxyl group bound to the carbonate group, and satisfying following formula (C), where the polycarbonate diol is derived from a dihydroxy compound having a cyclic ether structure and has a structural unit containing the carbonate group. 0.2≤(C)(P)/(Q)≤0.8[(P)={molar number of an organic group where an organic group in a terminal group is (CH)}/{total molar number of the organic group in the terminal group}; (Q)={molar number of an organic group where an organic group in the polycarbonate diol is (CH)}/{total molar number of the organic group in the polycarbonate diol}].SELECTED DRAWING: None
