PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a mechanism that converts normal hematopoietic processing in a chromatic myelogenous leukemia (CML) initial stage into leukemic processing, and to discover a target substance that may serve as a novel chromatic myelogenous leukemia therapeutic agent or bone transplantation therapeutic agent.;SOLUTION: In a mechanism in which a model animal having a symptom and disease state in a chromatic myelogenous leukemia (CML) initial stage is used to convert hematopoietic processing into leukemic processing, it is discovered that, under a CML bone marrow environment, a basophil develops a CCL3, and further the CCL3 facilitates predominant proliferation of a LIC with respect to a normal hematopoietic stem cell, which in turn develops the chromatic myelogenous leukemia. Further, it is verified that a function of the basophil is directly or indirectly hindered such as reduction in the basophil and the like, and thereby the developing of the chromatic myelogenous leukemia or bone transplantation can be also suppressed. Accordingly, a novel screening method of a therapeutic agent or preventive agent of the chromatic myelogenous leukemia or bone transplantation with the basophil as a target substance, and the novel therapeutic agent or preventive agent of the chromatic myelogenous leukemia or bone transplantation are completed.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
