PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility line to manufacture low iron loss grain oriented magnetic steel sheet and a manufacturing method of the low iron loss grain oriented magnetic steel sheet which can manufacture efficiently the low iron loss grain oriented magnetic steel sheet that characteristic unevenness is low.SOLUTION: A facility line 1 to manufacture low iron loss grain oriented magnetic steel sheet comprises: a wet scrubber 3 washing a face side of a steel plate; an ink jet printer 4 printing a register pattern to form groove on the face side of the steel plate by printing resist ink on the face side of the steel plate washed by the wet scrubber 3; etching equipment 5 forming groove for the steel plate by giving etching to the steel plate formed the resist pattern on the face side; and rinsing equipment 6 removing the resist pattern remaining on the face side of the steel plate after the etching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
