PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for analyzing a crystallization state of proteins at real time in a slight amount of protein crystallization solution.SOLUTION: A crystallization analyzing device Z is used which analyzes a crystallization state of proteins. Light adjusted by an incident light adjustment section 2 from a light source 1 is made incident on a solution cell 30 containing a crystallization solution 31 of a measurement sample section 3. A front small angle scattered light or a rear small angle scattered light from the crystallization solution 31 is converted into parallel light by a measurement scattered light conversion section 4. Parallel front small angle scattered light or parallel rear small angle scattered light having a predetermined angular range is detected by a scattered light detection section 5 once. A measurement analyzing section 6 converts a detection position of the scattered light detected by the scattered light detection section 5 into a scattered angle, and acquires intensity distribution of the scattered light to the scattered light. The measured scattered light data is analyzed by the measurement analyzing section 6, and the crystallization state of proteins in the crystallization solution is analyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
