PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debit note issue system and debit note issue method that inexpensively print a debit note created on a computer of a user by means of packaged software of a sales management operation support, and send out the printed debit note.;SOLUTION: A debit note issue system includes: a server 3 that has storage means 31 storing printing data on a debit note along with status data indicative of a printing situation; a computer 2 of a user that prepares the printing data on the debit note having an addressing destination indicated, and has upload means 22 uploading the prepared printing data on the debit note to the server; and a printing site PC 4 that has monitor means 41 monitoring existence of the printing data on the debit note uploaded to the server, download means 42 downloading the printing data on the debit note stored in the server, and transmission means 43 transmitting the downloaded printing data on the debit note to a printer 5.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
