PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring system for medical equipment, the system enabling a plurality of medical institutions to share medical treatment data of a home care patient and enabling doctors, nurses and the like to easily confirm medical treatment data of a plurality of patients.SOLUTION: The remote monitoring system for medical equipment is provided in which a plurality of medical staff side terminal devices, a plurality of pieces of medical equipment and relay means are connected together via a communication network. The relay means stores, as qualification information, information representing a medical institution or a medical staff which permits transmission of medical treatment data, and the relay means transmits the medical treatment data based on the qualification information. Family medical institution of a patient and other medical institutions can be registered in the qualification information and medical treatment data can be shared. The relay means also creates medical treatment data divided into groups, displays a list of patients to a medical staff side terminal and displays data exceeding a threshold value in a highlighted manner. According to the list of patients, a medical staff can efficiently confirm medical treatment data of a plurality of home-care patients.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
