In order to provide a medical equipment remote monitoring system and the like which can share the treatment data for home-care patients among a plurality of medical organizations, and which allow doctors, nurses and the like to easily confirm the treatment data for a plurality of patients, this medical equipment remote monitoring system connects, via a communication network, a plurality of medical-professional terminal devices, a plurality of medical equipment, and a relay means. The relay means stores, as rights information, information indicating medical organizations or medical professionals to which the transmission of treatment data is permitted, and transmits treatment data on the basis of the rights information. A primary care medical organization and other medical organizations can be registered in the rights information, and the rights information enables the sharing of treatment data. The relay means creates grouped treatment data, displays a patient list on a medical-professional terminal, and also highlights data that has exceeded a threshold. Based on the patient list, a medical professional can confirm the treatment data for a plurality of home-care patients in an efficient manner.
