PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film for transfer, capable of transferring a hard coat layer onto a resin substrate by thermal transfer, while further improving scratch resistance and weatherability.;SOLUTION: A film 10 includes at least a hard coat layer 121, a primer layer 122 and an adhesive layer 123 arranged in this order on a base material film 11. The hard coat layer 121 includes a cured product of a curable resin composition containing a curable component and a particle. The curable component includes a curable oligomer. The content of the curable oligomer is 80 pts.wt. or more with regard to the total weight of the curable component. The curable oligomer includes a tri- or lower- functional curable oligomer or less and a tetra- to nona- functional curable oligomer. The tri- or lower- functional curable oligomer is 75 pts.wt. with regard to the total weight of the curable oligomer. The tetra- or higher- functional curable oligomer is 25 pts.wt. or less with regard to the total weight.
