PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormal state of a windmill driving device promptly and precisely.SOLUTION: A windmill driving device 10 comprises a driving device body 20, a fastener 30 and a sensor 40. The driving device body 20 is disposed at one structure in the movable part of a windmill 101. The driving device body 20 has a part 24a which meshes with a ring gear 107 installed in the other structure in the movable part of the windmill. The fastener 30 fixes the driving device body 20 on one structure. The sensor 40 measures the change of the state of the fastener.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
