PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tasty non-alcoholic beverage in which all of fermented fruit skin seeds is done everything possible for effectively intaking many flavors, odors and nutrients.SOLUTION: Provided is a non-alcoholic beverage containing a suspension of wine dregs and/or grape juice strained dregs or the fermentation product thereof, in which the suspension of the wine dregs and/or grape juice strained dregs or the fermentation product thereof being a disperse system dispersed with solid grains not only including grains having dimensions in which calming is caused in accordance with the passage of time when being placed in a silent place but also including colloidal grains in which calming is not caused in a liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
