PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stoppage of a load due to voltage drop of a battery, when restarting an engine after the end of the idling stop, in an on-vehicle AC inverter unit mounted on an idling stop vehicle, and supplying a load with a DC power from a battery, while converting into an AC power.;SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 is constituted of: a housing 6; connectors 7, 8; outlets 9, 10; a boost circuit 3 housed in the housing 6 and boosting a DC voltage inputted from a battery B via the connectors 7, 8; and a DC/AC inverter 4 housed in the housing 6 and supplying a load Lo with a DC power, outputted from the boost circuit 3, while converting into an AC power via the outlets 9, 10. When an output voltage Vout from the boost circuit 3 goes below a predetermined voltage Vref, an input voltage to the boost circuit 3 is boosted so that the output voltage Vout from the boost circuit 3 becomes the predetermined voltage Vref, before being outputted to the DC/AC inverter 4.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
