PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information acquisition management device that obtains necessary information from things in a process of an unspecified number of things moving to their intended places by information processing in electronic storage apparatuses having a communication function attached to the things, and determines the states of the things.SOLUTION: An information acquisition management device selects and combines multiple pieces of history information handed over by using information set transmission means that hands over information on a different electronic tag to an electronic tag, and thereby determines a state of an object to which the electronic tag is attached at given time or in a given time range, or a change in the state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
