PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency measuring instrument capable of measuring a plurality of mechanical vibrations by a single distance data measuring unit, separating the plurality of mechanical vibrations and measuring the respective frequencies in real time.;SOLUTION: The frequency measuring instrument includes: a distance data measuring unit 2 for measuring a plurality of mechanical vibrations (S₁ and S₂) of different frequencies as single distance data; multiple signal flow generation means 31 for separating the single distance data into a plurality of pseudo signal flow data; a Fourier transformation unit 32 for applying Fourier transformation to the multiple pseudo signal flow data; and independent component analysis means 33 performing independent component analysis on the respective frequency components acquired by Fourier transformation to acquire the respective frequencies of the plurality of mechanical vibrations (S₁ and S₂).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
