PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account transfer application reception system, an account transfer application reception method, and an account transfer application reception program for supporting efficient application concerning account transfer.SOLUTION: A control part 21 of a bank server 20 acquires electronic mail including personal identification information from a user terminal 10 in an exclusive address, and specifies a reception institution on the basis of the electronic mail. Furthermore, the control part 21 specifies a customer as an applicant of account transfer on the basis of the transmission source address of the electronic mail by using a customer information storage part 33. The control part 21 collates the customer by using the customer information storage part and the personal identification information included in the electronic mail. When collation is completed, the control part 21 specifies the account information of the customer, and transmits transfer confirmation information to the mail address of the customer, and executes the registration of the account transfer of the customer concerning the reception institution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
