PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow people to surely know disaster prevention information such as information of earthquake occurrence and information of tidal wave arrival by coordination of regional disaster prevention radio equipment such as disaster prevention radio equipment on a city, a town or village, and a warning tool.SOLUTION: Disaster prevention radio equipment 10 on a city, town or village sends an emergency information report signal according to a first radio communication protocol, and makes a loudspeaker 18 of a loudspeaker slave station 16 installed outdoor to announce and output disaster prevention information. When a relay adapter 200 installed outdoor receives an emergency information warning signal according to the first communication protocol received from the disaster prevention radio equipment 10 on a city, town or village, the relay adapter converts the signal into an interlock signal containing group information according to a second communication protocol and then sends the same. A residential warning tool 100 installed in a dwelling 24 announces and outputs the disaster prevention information corresponding to the interlock signal when the group information and a group to which the warning tool belongs match, then generates an interlock signal which designates the group to which the warning tool belongs, based on the emergency information report signal, and then sends the same to other warning tools.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
