PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock-down desk having extendability to the lateral sides by a knock-down method, capable of consecutively providing top boards by minimal necessary components, having high workability, and capable of reducing the cost.SOLUTION: The knock-down desk includes at least: end-part legs 1 and 1 disposed at both ends; an intermediate leg 2 disposed at an intermediate part; top boards 4 and 4 mounted on and fitted to upper faces of the end-part legs and the intermediate leg at some interval apart in the longitudinal direction; a duct 6 provided between the front/rear top boards; and a duct cover 32 demountably mounted on a duct opening 13. Lower-surface side edges of the top boards are mounted on the upper faces of the end-part legs, the top boards are mounted on the upper face of the intermediate leg such that side-end faces of the top boards match a center line of the intermediate leg, to be fitted by fitting means, and a gap is formed between both front/rear top boards and the duct cover so as to form a space communicating from the duct to the lateral sides, on the upper face of the intermediate leg.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
