PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ready-made maxilla reference denture base or a maxilla reference denture which is adaptable to many people with an edentulous jaw and allows the fabrication of a denture with excellent sealing properties and wearing properties in a short time.SOLUTION: A maxilla reference denture base or a maxilla reference denture is configured such that when a lenth of a line segment PQ connecting a point P corresponding to a left-side pterygomaxillary notch at a base rear edge and a point Q corresponding to a right-side pterygomaxillary notch is 1, a length of a line segment OM connecting a point O corresponding to a frenulum of an upper lip at the exact middle of a lip-side base edge and a middle point M of the line segment PQ is 0.76 to 0.98, and a line segment NM connecting an intersection point N of a perpendicular line to the line segment PQ from the middle point M and the base rear edge, and the middle point N is 0.05 to 0.10. By using the maxilla reference denture base or the maxilla reference denture, the denture which is adaptable to many people with an edentulous jaw and shows excellent sealing properties and wearing properties can be fabricated in a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
