There is provided a cosmetic face treatment delivery system having a skin care active ingredient and an iontophoresis microcurrent zone for delivering skin care treatment to a plurality of targeted areas of the skin to treat different users' different concerns . The system includes a sheet substrate comprising a skin care ingredient and a reducing agent. An activation cream is applied to the skin with the sheet substrate. The activated cream contains an oxidizing agent. The reducing agent of the sheet base material and the oxidizing agent of the activating cream combine to produce an oxidation-reduction reaction and microcurrent is generated. The generated microcurrent either directly promotes the delivery of the skin active ingredient from the sheet by iontophoresis or it directly affects the treatment by iontophoretic microcurrent delivery to the skin.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
