POLYMER COAGULANT AND DEWATERING METHOD AND DEWATERING DEVICE OF SLUDGE USING POLYMER COAGULANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer coagulant for the coagulation treatment of sludge after the biological treatment of organic wastes capable of realizing the reduction of the moisture content of a dewatered cake while reducing an addition amount as a whole and improving the detachability of the dewatered cake and to provide a dewatering method and a dewatering device of the sludge using the polymer coagulant.SOLUTION: A polymer coagulant 2 added to sludge 1 for the coagulation treatment of the sludge 1 after the biological treatment of organic wastes is a mixture of a polyamidine and a polymer whose main component is aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate. Accordingly, pores becoming the by-path of obtained aggregates 4 are developed and dewaterability becomes excellent since the polymer coagulant 2 can be spread to the inside of the aggregates 4 compared to conventional one when the polymer coagulant 2 is added to the sludge 1 after the biological treatment of organic wastes in specific agitation conditions.
