PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-cutting phosphor bronze bar wire material providing machinability equal to C5441 even when the content of Pb, which is indispensable to improve machinability is largely reduced from 3.5 wt.%, making cut dust becomes fine without connection and capable of processing a precision component and a manufacturing method of the free-cutting phosphor bronze bar wire material.;SOLUTION: The problem to be solved is achieved by a free-cutting phosphor bronze bar wire material containing Sn of 4.8-7.6 wt.%, Zn of 1.8-8 wt.%, Pb of 0.3-2.5 wt.%, P of 0.03-0.35 wt.% and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
