PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ultrafine fiber production apparatus capable of stably mass-producing ultrafine fibers.;SOLUTION: The ultrafine fiber production apparatus 1A comprises: an extruder 2 that melts a raw material resin and extrudes it toward a spinning part 3; a molten resin jetting part 47 that has a nozzle 4 for jetting a molten resin extruded from the extruder 2; a heat-drawing part 5 that has a primary high temperature air flow path 54 along a jetting direction of the molten resin around the molten resin jetted from the nozzle 4; a fiber recovery pipe part 28 that has a secondary high temperature air flow path 87 for changing the molten resin into ultrafine fibers by making the molten resin that has passed through the heat-drawing part 5 collide with a high temperature air flow from a direction crossing the primary high temperature air flow path; and high temperature and high pressure air flow supply parts 13, 14 that supply a high temperature air flow to each of the primary high temperature air flow path 54 and the secondary high temperature air flow path 87.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
