PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise mail-order sales method and mail-order sales system that allow a user to purchase merchandise of which a sales area is limited by only setting a browser with a positional information service to a terminal of the user.;SOLUTION: A user accesses a desired merchandise sales URL from a terminal in which a browser with a positional information service based on GPS is set. A seller obtains positional information on the terminal of the access user, determines whether the terminal of the user is within a prescribed sales range on the basis of the positional information, and permits the user to view the website of the merchandise and purchase the merchandise if the seller determines that the terminal of the user is within the prescribed sales range.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
