PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve matrix effect following to prior arts.SOLUTION: A liquid sample introduction system 20 for plasma spectrometer comprises: a sample container for holding a liquid sample; a surface acoustic wave (SAW) nebulizer 40 arranged so as to receive the liquid sample from the sample container; an electronic control device 60 for supplying power to the SAW nebulizer 40 so as to generate the surface acoustic wave on the surface of the SAW nebulizer 40 for generating an aerosol from the supplied liquid sample; and an aerosol transport device 50 for receiving the aerosol from the SAW nebulizer 40 and transporting the same to a plasma or a frame of the spectrometer. The electronic control device 60 is configured to control the aerosol transport device 50 for controlling power supplied to the SAW nebulizer 40 for achieving adjustment of a parameter of the aerosol, and achieving adjustment of delivery of the aerosol to the plasma or frame of the spectrometer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
