PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking speed estimation device that contributes to accurately estimating a walking speed and an electrostimulator equipped with the same.;SOLUTION: A walking speed estimation device 1 includes: an angular velocity sensor 20 for outputting a signal in which an angular velocity of the thigh is reflected; and an operation unit 43 for calculating a walking speed based on angular velocity information which is the information on the angular velocity of the thigh acquired from the detection result of the angular velocity sensor 20.
