PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid flying of powders out from a mortar hole in a rotation type powder compression molding device.SOLUTION: A rotation type powder compression molding device 1 comprises: a rotary table 2; a rotation drive part 3 for rotationally driving the rotary table 2 around a vertical direction axis A; plural mortars 4 which are provided on the rotary table 2 at prescribed intervals in a rotation direction; a powder feeding part which feeds powders to a mortar hole 4a of each mortar 4 at a prescribed position in the rotation direction; and a pair of pestles 5, 6 which are inserted into the mortar hole 4a of each mortar 4 from opposite directions and perform compression molding of powders fed to the mortar hole 4a. The pair of pestles 5, 6 inserted into the mortar hole 4a of each mortar 4 are movable along a radial direction of the rotary table 2, and are configured from an inner peripheral side pestle 5 which is inserted into the mortar hole 4a from an inner peripheral side of the rotary table 2 and an outer peripheral side pestle 6 which is inserted into the mortar hole 4a from an outer peripheral side of the rotary table 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
