METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING DISEASE DIAGNOSIS, DISEASE DIAGNOSTIC KIT USING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR AIDING ANTICANCER DRUG SELECTION USING ARTIFICIALLY SYNTHESIZED PSEUDO E3 AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticancer drug selection aid, a cancer diagnostic agent, and an inhibitor that antagonizes natural E3, each comprising an artificially synthesized E3 as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an artificially synthesized pseudo E3 associated with a specific disease, which is produced by preparing sequence data of an amino acid sequence containing a helix region of E3 in vivo associated with a specific disease in a ubiquitin-proteasome system; and performing molecular design and artificial synthesis by introduction of the sequence as a part of a completely different protein. In order to compete with E3 in vivo upon binding with E2, it is used as an inhibitor to be served as an E3 antagonist against natural E3 in vivo. In addition, it is provided as a disease diagnostic agent that evaluates the activity of E2 based on the degree of binding to E2 and estimates the presence or absence of the affliction of a specific disease and the place thereof. Furthermore, it is provided as an anticancer drug selection aid that aids the selection of an anticancer drug suitable for administration by judging the degree of involvement of a ubiquitin-proteasome system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
