PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gap from being formed between a seal mechanism and tubes when the plurality of tubes are inserted into a surgical access device.SOLUTION: A surgical tube 12 that is penetrated into a guide tube inserted into a body cavity of a patient from a perforation formed in the abdominal area of the patient and is guided to the body cavity, includes a first peripheral surface 12a to which one side portion 11a of the outer peripheral surface of a first tube 11 to be inserted into the guide tube is fitted; and a second peripheral surface 12b that is tangentially continued from the other side portion 11b of the outer peripheral surface of the first tube 11 at both-side end edges of the first peripheral surface 12a.
