PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feature point tracker, a feature point tracking method and a program in which a robust feature point tracking is performed with respect to false recognition of a tracking point.SOLUTION: A feature point tracker comprises: an extraction unit 100 which extracts a feature point from one image of multiple continuous images; a specification unit 110 that specifies the other image an imaging time of which is newer or older than that of one image of the multiple images; a tracking unit 120 which calculates a coordinate of a candidate point for a candidate of the tracing point of the feature point in the other image; a judgement unit 130 which judges whether the candidate point satisfies a first condition and a second condition; a determination unit 140 which determines whether the candidate point is adopted as a tracking point of the feature point on the basis of the result of the judgement; and a construction unit 150 which acquires, when adoption is determined, the candidate point as a constitution point of a feature point locus that is a lucus of the consecutive feature points in multiple images, and repeats the above steps to construct the feature point locus while changing an image specified by the specification unit 110 from the multiple images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
