PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second-hand asset acquisition proposal system capable of effectively using a second-hand asset while reducing lease price while providing a profit to a second-hand asset acquirer, and to provide a program for achieving the system.SOLUTION: A second-hand asset acquisition proposal system 1 provides a possibility for a lease supplier to accept a lower lease price by reducing a tax burden based on depreciation of the second-hand asset. The second-hand asset acquisition proposal system 1 evaluates and proposes an acquisition effect of a second-hand asset, which includes: a tax burden reduction calculation section 11; a lease-income prediction calculation section 12; a sale-proceeds prediction calculation section 13; and a proposition display unit 14 that displays a piece of information on the second-hand asset with a high acquisition effect.
