PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel light controlling device and parallel light irradiation device, capable of suppressing uneven irradiation in a parallel light irradiation area even when using parallel light having uneven luminance, and a method for manufacturing a light diffusion film using the parallel light irradiation device.;SOLUTION: A parallel light controlling device 20 comprises a first prism member 21, a second prism member 22, a first reflecting member 23 and a second reflecting member 24. A plurality of first prism units 21c having a regular triangular prism shape and convex toward an object S to be irradiated are provided in the first prism member 21, and a plurality of second prism units 22c having a regular triangular prism shape and convex toward a parallel light source device 10 are provided on the surface of the second prism member 22. The first reflecting member 23 and the second reflecting member 24 are provided so as to reflect parallel lights L1 and L2 on the side of the second prism member 22 when parallel light L0 is incident on the first prism member 21 and the parallel lights L1 and L2 are emitted from the plurality of first prism units 21c.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
