PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a proper surrogate of drive.;SOLUTION: A surrogate selection system comprises: a sensor 70 for measuring a sleep state of each of plural surrogate candidates; and a server 10 for selecting a surrogate out of plural surrogate candidates based on a measurement result (sensing data) of the sensor 70. The server 10 comprises: a surrogate selection instruction reception part for receiving designation of a future time; and a selection part for, based on sensing data acquired from the sensor 70, calculating a sleep evaluation value (sleep efficiency, sleep depth and sleep time) since a time which is before the received time by a prescribed time or since the received time, until a time which is before an offset time (arrival time) which is stored in a motorman DB and associated with each surrogate candidate, using the calculated evaluation value for determining an order (proper degree) as a surrogate of surrogate candidates.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
