PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention information notification device, a reception device, and a disaster prevention information notification system that can quickly learn the degree of risk of weather.;SOLUTION: The disaster prevention information notification device according to an embodiment comprises a weather information acquisition unit, a risk level determination unit, and an email transmission unit. The weather information acquisition unit acquires weather information. The risk level determination unit determines the degree of risk of the weather information.
