PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pharmaceutical composition which can sufficiently exert antiseptic effect despite repeated use of a container by opening and closing, the pharmaceutical composition containing dorzolamide or a salt thereof and timolol or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition containing dorzolamide or a salt thereof and timolol or a salt thereof, according to the invention, contains no benzalkonium chloride and is put in a multi-dose container. The invention also relates to a method for increasing antiseptic effect by further incorporating dorzolamide or a salt thereof into the pharmaceutical composition that contains timolol or a salt thereof, contains no benzalkonium chloride and is put in a multi-dose container.SELECTED DRAWING: None
