PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide brace joint hardware that is used for a sloping structure surface in wooden frameworks, is compatible with various slope with one hardware, has a simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost, and is also easy to obtain the balance of force, and provide a skeleton structure using the same.;SOLUTION: This brace joint hardware 1 includes a substrate 2 and a gusset plate 3 vertically provided on the upper surface of this substrate 2. A rotary support bolt hole for rotatably supporting the substrate 2 to a building frame is provided in a position separated in the direction along the surface of this gusset plate 3 from the gusset plate 3 in the substrate 2.
