PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-proof agent composition for pulp slurry addition, which can obtain an oil-proof paper having small environmental load and sufficient oil resistance and a manufacturing method of the oil-proof paper, and an oil-proof paper obtained according to the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An oil-proof agent composition for pulp slurry addition including a fluorine-containing copolymer (A) that has a constitutional unit (α) having a Rgroup having 1 to 6 carbons and a constitutional unit (β) having an anionic group and silica particles (B); a manufacturing method, in which after adding the oil-proof agent composition for pulp slurry addition to a pulp slurry, paper-making of the pulp slurry is performed; a manufacturing method, in which after adding the silica particles (B) to a pulp slurry, followed by adding the fluorine-containing copolymer (A), paper-making of the pulp slurry is performed; and a manufacturing method, in which after simultaneously adding the fluorine-containing copolymer (A) and the silica particles (B) to a pulp slurry, the paper-making of the pulp slurry is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
