PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation unit for a curtain wall in which sufficient ventilation capacity can be secured even when a room temperature of an indoor space partitioned by the curtain wall rises, and provide the curtain wall equipped with the ventilation unit.SOLUTION: A curtain wall 11 is configured such that a cover member 64 of a storing box 38 serving as a ceiling member forming the ceiling of a living space 12b opposing to a multilayer panel 28 is connected to an indoor side surface of an intermediate crosspiece 14e serving as a crosspiece of an upper side of a vision part 11b, and a headbox 36a for supporting an upper end of a blind 36 being shielding means disposed in the indoor side from the multiple layer panel 28 is attached to the cover member 64. Then, a ventilation unit 10 is configured such that a communication hole 46 for making air communicate in a circulating manner in the indoor side and outdoor side of the curtain wall 11 is provided in the intermediate crosspiece 14e, and a vent 46a on the indoor side of the communication hole 46 is brought into communication with a position serving as the outdoor side of the headbox 36a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
