PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assignment of ships plan development support method and an assignment of ships plan development support system which can develop the most suitable assignment of ships plan considering influences of atmospheric and marine phenomenon to a ship driving performance.;SOLUTION: An assignment of ships plan development support method developing an assignment of ships plan of a fleet consisting of multiple ships in a tramp route comprises: S1 acquiring ships information including locations of multiple ships; S2 acquiring transport requests; S3 acquiring information of forecast of atmospheric and marine phenomenon; S4 acquiring ships driving performances of multiple ships under the atmospheric and marine phenomenon; S5 developing the most suitable assignment of ships plan based on the acquired ships information, transport requests, atmospheric and marine phenomenon and ships driving performances; and S6 outputting the developed most suitable assignment of ships plan.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
